Kevin starts the show talking about why he still believes Bruce Allen will either be fired, retire, leave for another team, or be re-assigned by Snyder to a non-football position. He talks about Jay Gruden’s future as well as the futures of others on the coaching staff. He recaps the Redskins-Eagles game mentioning one rookie player in particular that he believes has a big-time future with the team. JP Finlay/NBC Sports Washington and Kevin breakdown the season together and make predictions on who stays and who goes. They also spend time on what the plan should be at quarterback. Kevin goes “Around the NFL” and spends time talking about Kirk Cousins and the Vikings being eliminated by the Bears. He also recaps the ending of the Ravens clinching win over Cleveland and the Colts win over the Titans to lock down the final playoff spot. He gives his first gut on the Wild Card Weekend games. He closes the show talking about the two “College Football Playoff” semifinal games.
Hey Kevin listened to you for a long time. Best thing on the air. Your opinion 99% of the time was on point. I have ten yours on you and related w/ you about you coaching your boys , as I did with mine. My 40 yr. old tracked down your address and was pleased I could send this out. Happy New Year. You said it best Kevin..,,.This organization is not attractive to anyone good bc of the Dan Snyder era.! Too much distinction for a once Great organization..Dan Snyder knows how f….d up things r.he just doesn’t care about the Redskins or it’s Fan’s….
If no changes are made, they better get off to a great start with McCoy (assuming he’s ready to go). If they go 1-3, there will be some serious apathy for this team. Synder needs to start working on situational awareness if he ever wants to turn this franchise around.
Bruce or Jay fired? Naaw. This is why I agree with Thom. Snyder chases coaches-Schottemheimer, Spurrier, Gibbs, Shanahan. Shannie demanded full control so Bruce needed the Shannie Seal of Approval. There’s no coach on the horizon so Bruce and Jay ain’t going nowhere.
