Kevin opens the show talking about the Wizards win over the Knicks in London and then previews the NFC and AFC Championship games. He talks Redskins for a bit then brings Scott Van Pelt on to discuss both title games and the Terps’ big game tonight at Ohio State. Kevin has two Smell Test plays and then brings on Andy Pollin who goes back to the Skins’ 1987 NFC Championship win over Minnesota and what happened a few nights before it.
Hey Kevin, have been a regular listener to 980, 570, since it’s inception in 1992. Like you lifelong Washingtonian and Maryland alum. Though we’ve had our differences in opinions through the years I think your style, tone, knowledge and delivery on air are second to none in the dc market and beyond. Find it inconceivable that we had something as unique as the Cooley film breakdown and they blew it up. Very distraught that you are off radio right now. Have listened to several of these podcasts and enjoyed them so look forward to more and hoping you can resume your radio career here in dc again soon.
