Kevin opens with the Nats’ rough weekend then gets to why tonight’s winner of the NBA MVP means nothing to him. Then it’s on to why he thinks 2019 will be Bruce Allen’s last stand as Redskins’ team president. He finishes up with why John Riggins, not Max Scherzer is the greatest free agent acquisition in DC sports history.
Kevin opens with the NBA Draft and the Wizards’ selection of Rui Hachimura. Hall of Fame coach Gary Williams calls in to discuss the draft and more. Alex Smith did his first interview since his injury with FOX-5’s Angie Goff. Kevin discussed that and then finished up talking with MASN’s Mark Zuckerman about the Nats’ sweep of Philly and their upcoming series with Atlanta.

Rob Ryan said his worst beating as a defensive coordinator came at the hands of Jay Gruden….the boys talked about that. Scott Van Pelt talked NBA Draft and US Open.
Kevin opens with a Len Bias remembrance before turning to a list of the Top 100 NFL Players that surprisingly doesn’t include the highest paid safety in the league, Landon Collins. Ben Standig/NBC Sports Washington joined the show to talk about Ted Leonsis’ comments regarding reports the Wizards pursued Masai Ujiri. He also had his NBA Mock Draft.
Kevin and Thom open the show talking about John Keim’s story on Dwayne Haskins’ progress thus far. They turned to the Bradley Beal to New Orleans reports and got into why the Wizards may have backed off their pursuit of Toronto GM Masai Ujiri. They also talked Anthony Davis trade and the report this morning that Redskins’ owner Dan Snyder is in the south of France looking for the new stadium’s naming sponsor.
