Kevin opens with some additional thoughts about Bill Callahan’s last press conference. He and Aaron then spent time talking Kentucky’s upset last night and the new College Football Playoff rankings. Kevin talked about the Colin Kapernick scheduled workout for NFL teams on Saturday and then finished up with the a discussion about whether or not the Redskins could bring back their fans in the same way the 49ers have.

Kevin opened with the LSU-Alabama game and the ascension of Joe Burrow to the top of the 2020 NFL Draft board. The Redskins have to find out what they have in Dwayne Haskins the rest of the way in the event they are in position to draft Burrow or Tua…Kevin and Aaron discussed that. Ben Standig/The Athletic was a guest on the show to wrap up the Trent Williams news from late Friday. Kevin went Around the NFL, talked MD-Ohio State, Terps-Rhode Island hoops, and the College Football Playoff chase.

The show had a lot today. Raiders-Chargers recap. Deion Sanders to Florida State? Antonio Brown to the Redskins? Kevin now wants to see it. Who’s the best QB never to go to a Super Bowl. Kevin and Aaron discussed and Kevin had something loud wrong during the entire conversation. With the Skins on their bye week, what has been the best and worst thing about the season so far. Kevin brought Mike Jones/USA Today on the show to talk about Mike’s Trent Williams story. Kevin and Aaron had an LSU-Bama pick and Kevin had 12 Smell Test picks too.

Kevin and Thom open the show talking weed. Then it’s on to Dwayne Haskins and whether or not 8 games will be enough to evaluate him fairly. Do NFL teams need an “identity”? The boys discuss that and Kevin talks about the attempt the Redskins have made in recent years to create their own. Plus Kevin considers a Smell Test pick.

Kevin and Thom opened the show talking about Popeye’s Chicken Sandwiches and then moved to the Nats’ White House visit which included Kurt Suzuki wearing a MAGA hat and Ryan Zimmerman apparently revealing his pro-Trump politics.  They talked about Bill Callahan’s reluctance to name Dwayne Haskins the starter for the Redskins’ next game.  They also discussed Trent Williams asking out of the NFL/NFLPA investigation of his accusation that the Redskins were negligent in handling his cancer scare.
