Kevin opened with the NCAA Tournament and recent reports that Washington’s brass is leaning Jayden Daniels at #2 in the NFL Draft. Kevin also had four more “Smell Test” picks for Friday’s first-round NCAA games. Brad Spielberger/PFF jumped on to talk Commanders’ and other NFL free agency along with which QB he likes for Washington in the draft.

Kevin and Thom today with some Commanders’ talk to start including Sam Fortier’s report that Washington never offered a deal to Kam Curl. Kevin had 3 NCAA Tourney “Smell Test” picks for the day. All three games are night games. The boys responded to the claim Cleveland Cavs’ coach J.B. Bickerstaff made about being threatened by sports gambler(s) and discussed Shohei Ohtani’s potential involvement in paying off a $4.5 billion gambling debt for his friend and interpreter. Dan and Tanya Snyder donated their Potomac, Maryland home to charity….the guys finished up with that.

Kevin opened the show discussing the Washington contingent at Caleb Williams’ USC Pro Day along with something Williams said about one of the attendees that indicates he’s just fine with the Bears taking him #1 overall. Kevin also gave his NCAA Tournament formula short-list of teams that can win it all and had a “Smell Test” pick for tonight’s “First Four” games. Fred Smoot jumped on and gave his thoughts on the Commanders’ free agent additions along with what he would like to see them do with the 2nd overall pick in next month’s draft.

Kevin opened with some NCAA Tournament, Caps, and more before getting to the Commanders’ and the now list of 19 Free Agent signings and counting. During the recording, the news that Chase Young had signed a deal with New Orleans broke so Kevin weighed in on that. Patrick Stevens/Washington Post jumped on to talk about nailing 68 out of 68 in his final “Bracketology”. The guys talked about the snubs, the seeding surprises, and a few teams below the 4-seed line to keep an eye on.

Kevin opened the show with a couple of NFL trades today including Minnesota trading up into the first round with perhaps an ultimate goal of trading up further into the top 3. Will Washington’s #2 overall be the goal for the Vikings? Kevin had Nicki Jhabvala/Washington Post on the show to talk Commanders’ free agency and draft plans. Kevin finished with Aaron Donald’s retirement and the end of Maryland’s disappointing basketball season.
