Kevin opened the show talking to Josh Kosman/NY Post about new information on Dan Snyder’s attempt to sell the Washington Commanders. Kevin reacted to comments from Ron Rivera and Taylor Heinicke about Sam Howell. He also had two “Smell Test” Super Bowl picks and was joined by Tim Legler/ESPN to talk NBA trades and get Tim’s Super Bowl prediction as well.

Kevin and Thom today on Super Bowl Trivia mishaps, Thom’s new favorite Karaoke song, and lots on Ron Rivera’s many comments yesterday about Sam Howell and Chase Young. Also, Thom’s Super Bowl pick, Kevin’s early alternate line Super Bowl play, and thoughts on the NBA’s wild trade deadline including plenty on Kevin Durant to Phoenix.

Kevin opened the show with thoughts on the Kyrie Irving trade, the Wizards’ meltdowns over the weekend, Florida QB Anthony Richardson being mocked to Washington, the latest on the Commanders’ OC search, and some college hoops including Maryland continuing to roll. Reuben Frank/NBC Sports Philly jumped on from Arizona with the Eagles’ perspective heading into Super Bowl 57. Josh Robbins/The Athletic talked Wizards with Kevin to finish up the show.

Kevin opened with his response to a Barry Svrluga column pitching Brian Mitchell for the NFL Hall of Fame. Nick Akridge/Pro Football Focus came on the show to talk Commanders’ 2022 season grades, the team’s off-season QB plan, a breakdown of three of the QBs in the draft, and whether Daron Payne or Kamren Curl should be Washington’s top off-season contract extension priority. Andy Pollin jumped on for the show’s final segment to talk Bobby Beathard and more.

Kevin and Thom remembered Bobby Beathard…the greatest GM in the history of not only the Washington Redskins but any DC pro sports franchise. The boys also talked Brady’s retirement and had their QB Mount Rushmore lists. They “celebrated” the one-year anniversary of the Washington Football “re-brand” and Thom had an update on his fan-cruise story.
