Santana Moss jumped on to preview the upcoming season and long-time local sports television producer Joe Yasharoff called in to talk about Francis Tiafoe’s quarterfinal win at the US Open last night.
Kevin solo today with his “Skins’ Top 5 Most Memorable Season Openers”. He also gave an overview of his thoughts heading into the first season in many years where Washington fans can legit dream of better days ahead. He recapped Maryland’s 50-7 win Saturday over UConn, Virginia Tech’s overtime loss at Vanderbilt, and much of the rest of College Football’s first full weekend.

Kevin and Thom today talking Commanders to start and in particular, the confidence in which Dan Quinn and Adam Peters seem to have heading into the upcoming season. Quinn has used the phrase “secret sauce” several times since being hired to describe an aspect of roster and team building which the guys delved into. They talked about the broadcast restrictions Tom Brady will have at FOX if he’s approved as a partial owner of the Las Vegas Raiders. The guys also talked Taylor Heinicke trade, told stories about teachers who had an impact on their high school years, and Kevin finished up with his first “Smell Test” pick of the year.

He also weighed in on Maryland and Virginia Tech’s upcoming seasons.
