Kevin opened with a QB name that hasn’t been discussed that much….Andy Dalton. Then it was Phil Mackey/Purple Daily-Minnesota joining Kevin as they compared notes on the two NFL fan bases that have one major thing in common…..the Kirk Cousins experience. Lastly, Hall of Famer Gary Williams was on to talk about the 20-year anniversary of Maryland’s 2002 National Championship team. The 2002 Terps will be celebrated Sunday at XFinity Center.

Kevin had Ben Standig on the show after Ben interviewed Ron Rivera for The Athletic. The guys discussed an interesting answer from Rivera about what the QB depth chart will look like next year. They also talked about the current Washington free agents and how many of them are likely to re-sign and stay in DC. They discussed briefly the conclusion to the “Crest” controversy and then Kevin finished the show with why two teams in the NFC East would be better trade partners for Seattle if they decide to trade Russell Wilson.

Kevin looks into the new investigation the NFL has launched into the latest Dan Snyder allegation(s) with Howard Gutman (long-time DC attorney/former Ambassador to Belgium). Also, some really good intel/conversation on the Brian Flores racial discrimination lawsuit against the NFL and whether or not Stephen Ross (Dolphins owner) could be in big trouble if it’s proven he offered $100k to Flores to lose games. Chris Knoche was on the show as well to talk about the Juwan Howard-Greg Gard incident yesterday. Kevin and Chris also on the college hoops season and the Terps.

Kevin and Thom opened the show with a sincere thanks to being voted the #1 DC Sports Podcast by the DC Sports Podcast Association. Kevin watched a ton of Malik Willis tape and he’s all in. The boys talked about the latest news on the Washington Commanders “Crest”. Also on the show, Demar Derozan’s record-setting accomplishment last night and the Cowboys paying $2.4 million in a settlement to its cheerleaders.
