Kevin opened with the Nats’ NLCS sweep of the Cardinals and what it means for the Nationals, and for Washington, for them to make the World Series. Adam Zielonka/Washington Times was there and called in to recap last night and look ahead to the World Series next week. Kevin also discussed Cooley’s podcast comments that some believe that Alex Smith could be Skins’ starting quarterback in 2020.
Kevin and Thom recapped the Nats’ Game 3 win to take total command of the NLCS. They talked about the incredible string of starting pitching performances by the Nats in this series. Some Redskins talk at the end.
Kevin opened with the Skins’ “win” in Miami and the Nats 2-0 series lead over the Cardinals in the NLCS. He talked about the pregame reports yesterday about Dan Snyder targeting Mike Tomlin, went around the NFL’s biggest games from yesterday, and talked Terps’s loss and other college football.
Kevin opened with some Mystics and Pats-Giants. Chris Cooley joined Kevin to talk state of the Redskins and more. Kevin previewed Nats-Cardinals and had a pick. His “Smell Test” is 41-20-1 on the season. He had a very aggressive 17 picks for the weekend. He also made a Skins-Dolphins pick and discussed some of the bigger College and NFL games this weekend.
