Kevin opens with the NBA Draft and the Wizards’ selection of Rui Hachimura. Hall of Fame coach Gary Williams calls in to discuss the draft and more. Alex Smith did his first interview since his injury with FOX-5’s Angie Goff. Kevin discussed that and then finished up talking with MASN’s Mark Zuckerman about the Nats’ sweep of Philly and their upcoming series with Atlanta.
Kevin and Thom open with Max Scherzer’s performance last night. Kevin has his NBA Draft preview which includes the players he wants for the Wizards at #9 and those he doesn’t want. Rob Ryan said his worst beating as a defensive coordinator came at the hands of Jay Gruden….the boys talked about that. Scott Van Pelt talked NBA Draft and US Open.
Kevin opens with a Len Bias remembrance before turning to a list of the Top 100 NFL Players that surprisingly doesn’t include the highest paid safety in the league, Landon Collins. Ben Standig/NBC Sports Washington joined the show to talk about Ted Leonsis’ comments regarding reports the Wizards pursued Masai Ujiri. He also had his NBA Mock Draft.
Kevin and Thom open the show talking about John Keim’s story on Dwayne Haskins’ progress thus far. They turned to the Bradley Beal to New Orleans reports and got into why the Wizards may have backed off their pursuit of Toronto GM Masai Ujiri. They also talked Anthony Davis trade and the report this morning that Redskins’ owner Dan Snyder is in the south of France looking for the new stadium’s naming sponsor.
Kevin opens with Toronto’s NBA Championship close-out win last night in Oakland. Redskins’ defensive tackle Jonathan Allen was a guest on the show as was ESPN’s Bobby Marks to discuss the Wizards’ reported pending offer to Raptors’ GM Masai Ujiri. Some US Open and the Redskins’ intriguing hire too.
Kevin and Thom open the show with some Stanley Cup talk which morphed into a discussion about the women of “The Office”. Then it was the Kevin Durant grief-stricken Warriors and whether or not they will suspend their mourning of Durant for Game 6 tonight. Trent Williams sent out an Instagram photo of presumably himself in a hospital bed. Scott Van Pelt was on the show to talk about the US Open and NBA Finals. The boys finished up with some Nats and West Side Story.
