Kevin had new Washington TE Zach Ertz on the show today. He also talked Commanders’ schedule which as of the recording of the pod included information that at Tampa Bay is the season opener. Kevin reacted to some of what Kliff Kingsbury said yesterday about Jayden Daniels and had plenty on Nikola Jokic’s masterpiece last night in Denver. He also had thoughts on the Senate Hearing on the RFK bill today which included Senator Steve Daines demands of the team and NFL regarding the old logo.

Lots of follow-up on Rookie Mini-Camp including everything Quinn said about Jayden Daniels and what appears to be a surprise injury to 2nd round pick Johnny Newton. Kevin and Thom today on the news that Jayden Daniels and his LSU teammate Malik Nabors made a $10,000 bet on who would win the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year award. The boys reacted to Jamal Murray’s response to questions about his $100,000 fine for throwing things at a referee. They also talked Nats-O’s, basketball to football players, and more.
Thom was back from Ireland with plenty of stories including thwarting a pick-pocket attempt. Kevin had his annual Washington “Mock Schedule” which included four prime-time games for the Commanders in 2024. The guys reacted to Jayden Daniels’ appearance on Keyshawn Johnson’s podcast, talked Nats-O’s, Jamal Murray’s non-suspension and lots more.
Kevin solo today opened with some follow-up to Cooley’s film on Ben Sinnott. The show also included more talk than you would’ve ever imagined about Houston QB Davis Mills. Kevin’s Washington Mock Schedule comes out on Wednesday but he revealed the Commanders’ “mock season opener” on the show today.
