Kevin opened with the news that Washington owner Josh Harris disclosed that the team plans on sticking with “Commanders” as the team’s name. Harris did however discuss a “re-brand” that will connect and honor their past with their future but was mum on any details. Kevin speculated on that and talked Myles Garrett’s request for a trade as well. Maryland Basketball Coach Kevin Willard was a guest on the show. David Aldridge/The Athletic jumped on to discuss the shocking Luka Doncic for Anthony Davis Mavs-Lakers trade.

Kevin had a “Top 5 Jayden Daniels Moments” list on the show today. Doc Walker jumped on to talk Commanders and Super Bowl too.

Kevin and Thom opened with thoughts on tragic plane crash last night in DC at Reagan National Airport. Kevin talked about whether he’ll root against the Eagles in the Super Bowl. The boys talked “name-change” for a bit and closed with the allegations against Ravens’ kicker Justin Tucker.
