Cooley and Kevin today on Eric Bieniemy’s introductory press conference. Cooley talks about what his reaction would have been as a player listening to Bieniemy’s first remarks since taking the job. Before that, Cooley has a new coaching job out in Wyoming but it’s not what you probably think it is. He talks about his latest passion on the show today. The guys talked about the recent reports on the sale of the Commanders including one that broke from Fox Business News earlier this morning. They also discussed the story that Russell Wilson wanted Seahawks’ coach Pete Carroll and GM John Schneider fired when he was in Seattle.

Kevin and Thom today pre-Bieniemy press-conference with a menu of excellence that doesn’t include tomatoes. The boys talked Lamar Jackson, Eric Bieniemy, Booze Cruises, the new Netflix “Quarterback” docu-series, Terps hoops, and Thom’s memorable Wednesday spent at a museum in Montgomery, Alabama.

Kevin opened the show with Pro Football Talk’s hunch that Washington might make a play for Ravens’ QB Lamar Jackson. Then it was some good NFL Draft talk with Thor Nystrom/Draft Analyst-Fantasy Pros. Kevin finished up with the unpredictable but always entertaining Jimmy Patsos. The boys talked Terps, Big 10, Super Conferences, Wizards, Rick James, and Neil Young.

Kevin and Thom opened with plenty more on Eric Bieniemy. They talked the likelihood of the franchise tag for Daron Payne and then ended with Kevin’s favorite new cookie, Thom’s fear of artificial intelligence, and thoughts on the passing of Tim McCarver.

Jay Binkley/Chiefs’ Radio was a guest talking Bieniemy. And then it was Steve Sands/NBC-Golf Channel jumping on with Kevin to talk Bieniemy and lots more on the Commanders and Snyder’s sale. The guys also recapped Maryland’s overtime loss at Nebraska last night while also talking Tiger, Jon Rahm, and the Caps as well.

Kevin opened with Maryland’s impressive win over 3rd-ranked Purdue last night in College Park. Then Matt Paras/Washington Times jumped on with the latest on when/if Eric Bieniemy will be the new OC in Washington. Kevin and Matt also discussed the Wizards’ win last night in Minnesota where Kevin thinks Bradley Beal had one of the better moments of his career. Then it was Steve Czaban jumping on with Kevin to discuss a variety of NFL topics along with guesses on what Dan Snyder finally decides to do.
