Pretty much a Washington Football Team show start to finish. Kevin on Terry McLauren’s league standing heading into 2021. Plenty on the changing culture as the regular season nears. And then at 40:40, Santana Moss Part 2 with stories of Sean Taylor along with his thoughts on this year’s team.
A quick recap of last night’s Washington-Baltimore preseason finale.
Kevin opened with a quick wish list for the Washington-Baltimore preseason game tomorrow night. Then at 14:00 Santana Moss joined Kevin to talk about the current Washington Football team and to discuss his career in Washington as well. So many good stories from Santana including a few that you haven’t heard before. Daniel Kaplan/The Athletic joined Kevin at 61:00 for the final segment of the show to discuss the latest on the NFL and its Covid protocols as well as a story about why Lakers’ owner Jeannie Buss mentioned the Washington Football team in a recent interview.
Kevin and Thom discussed/argued/debated about sports gambling and the NFL. Then it was a jumble of WFT, the NFL, Dwayne Haskins, and Charlie Watts.
Kevin and Thom today on migraines, colds, and their confirmations to start. Then it’s all Washington Football starting with Ron Rivera’s recent clues about the roster, his expectations of Ryan Fitzpatrick, and whether or not a diminished Dak in Dallas means Washington would skate to a division title. Jameis Winston, Thom’s recent column, and a lot more too.
Kevin solo today w/some WFT cut news and plenty of follow up to a few of Ron Rivera’s thoughts about the preseason game Friday night against the Bengals and the one coming up against the Ravens. Kevin reacted to some other NFL news and you’ll hear what happened 10 years ago today when he was on the air at ESPN 980 (EARTHQUAKE!).
