Kevin solo today opened with a quick thought on the passing of Willie Mays before getting to the first of what should be many “NFL Top 100 Players” lists. This list is short on Commanders although a trade for Brandon Aiyuk would give them a top 10 wide receiver. The boys talked much more about Brandon Aiyuk’s conversation with Jayden Daniels yesterday and considered the legitimate chances of a receiver like Aiyuk being traded by the 49ers. Some Nats discussion and Ted Leonsis’ response to a Thom’s beach tweet.
Kevin opened with the conversation between 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk and Commanders’ QB Jayden Daniels which Aiyuk posted to Tik Tok. It appears that Aiyuk and Daniels are excited about an opportunity to play with each other after Aiyuk said the 49ers ‘don’t want him back’. Kevin talked Rory McIlory’s meltdown at Pinehurst and the Nats’ sweep of Miami as well. Joe House/The Ringer jumped on to talk US Open and NBA Finals to finish up the show.
