Kevin opened the show by answering a request to settle a bet and grade Washington’s draft. Tarik El-Bashir/Caps-Monumental Sports joined the show to preview the Caps-Carolina series. Eddie C jumped on to preview the Kentucky Derby.
Kevin and Thom today opened with their recap of the Caps first series win in seven years. They talked about the 2025 expectations growing for the Commanders who are getting major post-draft “power rankings” respect. More on the stadium from Thom plus the boys’ reaction to Abdul Carter wanting to wear #56 for the Giants. Add to that, JJ Redick and the Lakers are out and Bill Belichick says CBS selectively edited the his interview to make his 24-year old girlfriend look bad.

Thor Nystrom/Draft Analyst joined Kevin to recap the Commanders’ draft and more. Joe Maloney/Former VP of Public Affairs for the Commanders jumped on to talk about whether or not the DC City Council will eventually approve the stadium deal.
