Kevin and Thom opened with Commanders’ mandatory mini-camp and Terry McLaurin’s expected no-show. The boys discussed the Baltimore Sun story on the messy exits of Kevin Willard and Damon Evans from Maryland back in March. They finished up with the “Catch of the Year” and a few television suggestions including “Your Friends & Neighbors” starring Jon Hamm.

Kevin opened the show with a response to an email wondering if Washington can afford a big new contract for Terry McLaurin. Kevin also discussed the Packers releasing CB Jaire Alexander. Salary Cap Expert & NFL agent J.I. Halsell joined Kevin to talk about what a McLaurin contract might look like. Plenty of other NFL discussion with J.I. as well. Kevin finished with TJ Oshie’s retirement, NBA Finals Game 2, and the French Open.

Kevin opened with last night’s strange stunner in Game 1 of the NBA Finals. He had more on Terry McLaurin as well. ESPN’s John Keim jumped on to share his thoughts on the Terry situation along with plenty from OTA days. ESPN’s Tim Legler joined Kevin from Oklahoma City with his insight on an insane Game 1 between the Thunder and Pacers.

Kevin and Thom today with a ton of options on the menu of excellence. The boys opened with several appetisers which included: follow-up to the “1-point” football conversation from yesterday, 1970’s references, surprised by reaction to the ESPN Trey Hendrickson trade scenario, Marshon Lattimore, and more. Then the guys got to the report today that Terry McLaurin has ” made it clear to the team that he’s frustrated with the lack of progress on a long-term deal”. They talked Nats, made NBA Finals picks, and handled the Aaron Rodgers to Pittsburgh breaking news all the while responding to Mike Florio’s claim last week that someone told him that the “Commanders knew they were going to get their asses kicked” before the NFC Championship game against the Eagles. Plenty for all on today’s show!

Kevin opened with a crazy NFL scoring scenario. He recapped some of what Dan Quinn and Joe Whitt Jr. said today at OTAs including the excitement and optimism from both on Daron Payne. One ESPN analyst likes Bengals’ pass rusher Trey Hendrickson to Washington and proposes a package that Kevin likes a lot. ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt joined Kevin to talk NFL, NBA Finals, NHL Stanley Cup Finals, Terps’ Basketball, and more.
